Can I see more photos of a product before I order?

Absolutely. Every product on our website includes multiple photos, but if you want to see it from a different angle, in a different setting, or installed in a real Nigerian home, just send us a WhatsApp message. We have an extensive gallery of real customer installations and we're happy to share what's most relevant to your space.

When will you have new designs?

We add new fixtures regularly. The best way to stay in the loop is to join our newsletter (find the sign-up at the bottom of the homepage) or follow us on Instagram @nink_lighting where we announce new arrivals first. You can also just ask us on WhatsApp - we'll tell you if something you'd love is coming soon.

Do you have a live video of the products?

Yes! For many of our fixtures, we have short video clips showing the light switched on so you can see the actual glow, colour temperature, and ambience - not just the product in a photo. Send us a WhatsApp message and tell us which fixture you're interested in. We'll send you what we have.

Do I need to buy bulbs separately?

It depends on the fixture. Most of our LED ceiling lights and pendant fixtures are LED-integrated, meaning the light source is built in and no separate bulb is needed. For fixtures that require bulbs, this is clearly stated on the product page. If you're unsure about a specific product, ask us before you order and we'll confirm.

I can't find a specific light in your catalogue. Can you help me source it?

Yes, we can try. If you've seen a fixture somewhere and can't find it on our site, send us a photo or a description on WhatsApp. We'll let you know if we stock it, if it's coming soon, or if we can point you in the right direction. Is the price negotiable?

Our prices are already set as fairly as possible - we work hard to keep luxury lighting accessible without cutting corners on quality. We don't negotiate on individual items, but if you're an interior designer or you're furnishing multiple rooms and ordering in volume, send us a message on WhatsApp to discuss a project quote. Can you visit my project and give me an estimate for the lighting?

If you're an interior designer or homeowner with a larger project - multiple rooms, a new build, or a full renovation - we'd love to help you plan it properly. Send us your project details on WhatsApp (number of rooms, ceiling heights, your style preference, and your budget range) and we'll put together a lighting recommendation with a full quote. Do you deliver to the North? What about outside Lagos?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Nigeria - Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Kaduna, Ibadan, Enugu, and beyond. If you're in a major city, we can reach you. Do you install the lights?

We don't offer in-house installation directly, but we're not going to leave you stranded either. For customers in Lagos and Abuja, we can refer you to trusted, experienced electricians who install lighting regularly and know how to handle our fixtures correctly. Just ask us on WhatsApp after your order and we'll connect you.

Can I send someone to pick up my order in person?

We currently operate as an online store without a walk-in showroom, so we're not set up for physical pick-ups at this time. All orders are dispatched and delivered to your address. If you're in Lagos and have a specific situation, send us a message and we'll see what we can work out.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Not yet - Nink Lighting is currently an online-first store, which is how we keep our prices lower than traditional lighting shops. Everything you need to make a confident purchase is available online: multiple product photos, real installation images, detailed specs, and our WhatsApp team on standby to answer every question before you buy. We're working toward a showroom experience in the future - watch this space.

Who will help me install my light after I receive it?

Any qualified electrician can install our fixtures - they're designed for standard Nigerian ceiling fittings. If you don't have a regular electrician, ask us on WhatsApp and we'll recommend someone in your area (currently available for Lagos and Abuja). We also include installation guidance with every order to make the process straightforward.
