Getting a Quote
How does getting a price work?
Tell Nink what you need, browse the catalogue, or upload a list. We check real availability and price with suppliers, then send you one priced list. We aim to send it within 2 hours.
Are the prices on the site final?
No. Prices on the site are honest estimates to help you plan. Every quote is confirmed after we check real availability and price with suppliers, because we source to order rather than sell from stock.
How do I pay?
You don't pay on the website. Once you confirm your quote, we send you a secure payment link by WhatsApp or email.
Do I have to buy through Nink?
No. The market intelligence is yours. Use our prices and options to buy on your own, or let Nink handle purchase, inspection and delivery.
What is Market Intelligence?
A live view of the markets we source from: what's trending, what people are asking for, and how supplier prices are moving each week. Prices are shown as ranges, and we never name suppliers.
Sourcing & Delivery
How long does sourcing and delivery take?
It depends on the product and supplier. Items confirmed in stock locally can take a few days. Items sourced internationally or made to order can take a few weeks. Your quote always includes a realistic timeline.
Where does Ask Nink source from?
Alaba International Market and other local markets, local manufacturers, and international suppliers and partners. We check availability and price with each supplier before confirming a quote.
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes, we serve customers across Nigeria. Delivery details and timelines outside Lagos are confirmed in your quote.
Do you sell used computers or phones?
No. Computing products are sold new or open-box only.

Can I get advice before choosing products?
Yes. Book a Zoom or in-person consultation, or just Ask Nink. Describe the job and we'll suggest what you need and how many.
Do you handle large or commercial jobs?
Yes. Offices, shops, hotels, event venues, solar installs and developments are quoted as one project, with one list across every market involved.
What if what I need isn't listed?
Ask Nink anyway. We can often source products that aren't in the catalogue, and we'll check the market and add them to your quote.
