At Nink Lighting, we stand behind the quality of every fixture we sell. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here's how our returns and refunds work.

What We Accept Returns For

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective (doesn't work as it should)

  • Wrong item (you received something different from your order)

In these cases, we'll either send you a replacement at no extra cost or process a full refund, whichever works best for you.

What We Don't Accept Returns For

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Clearance items (final sale)

  • Custom or made-to-order fixtures (once production begins)

  • Items purchased more than 14 days ago

  • Items that have been installed or used

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+234-913-414-3214) with a photo of the damaged or defective item and your order number

  2. We'll confirm the issue and provide you with a return address

  3. Ship the item back to us (you cover the return shipping cost)

  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your replacement or refund within 5 business days

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Damaged/Defective items: Full refund or free replacement, your choice

  • Wrong item delivered: Full refund or replacement at no cost

  • Clearance & custom orders: No returns accepted

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Our Warranty

All Nink Lighting fixtures come with a 1-year workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This covers issues like faulty wiring, broken switches, or non-functioning bulbs. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and improper installation are not covered.
