Nink Lighting is a Nigerian-based lighting retailer offering premium affordable lighting fixtures for residential use. We operate nationwide and deliver through verified logistics partners.

2. Products & Intended Use

All Nink Lighting fixtures are designed and sold for residential use only. They are not suitable for:

  • Commercial installations

  • Industrial applications

  • Outdoor exposure (unless specifically marked as outdoor-rated)

  • Heavy-duty or industrial environments

You agree to use our fixtures only as intended for residential lighting in normal household conditions.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice

  • Prices do not include delivery charges (where applicable)

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our site

  • Stock is limited and availability is confirmed only after payment is received

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer to our designated account (details provided at checkout)

Payment must be received in full before we process your order. Your order is not confirmed until payment clears.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery Coverage:

  • Lagos: Less than 24 hours

  • Rest of Nigeria (excluding Northern regions): 24–48 hours

  • Northern Nigeria: Not currently available

Delivery Terms:

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We ship via trusted logistics partners

  • You are responsible for receiving the item in good condition

  • Once the item is delivered and signed for, it is in your possession

  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Delivery Charges:

  • Delivery is free on orders above [insert amount, if applicable]

  • Standard delivery costs are shown at checkout

6. Risk & Liability

Installation & Use:

Nink Lighting is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused during improper installation

  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect use of the fixture

  • Damage caused by failure to follow installation instructions

  • Electrical issues or damage caused by improper wiring or electrical work

  • Damage caused after delivery and installation

You are responsible for:

  • Following all installation instructions provided

  • Ensuring proper electrical installation by a qualified electrician (where required)

  • Using the fixture within its rated capacity and specifications

  • Proper maintenance and care of the fixture

If your fixture requires professional installation, we recommend hiring a qualified electrician.

7. Warranties & Guarantees

All Nink Lighting fixtures come with a 1-year workmanship warrantycovering manufacturing defects only (faulty wiring, broken switches, non-functioning bulbs, etc.).

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage from improper installation or use

  • Damage from electrical faults in your home

  • Water damage or exposure to elements

8. Returns & Refunds

Summary:

  • 14-day return window from delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong items

  • Clearance items and custom orders are final sale (non-returnable)

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days of inspection

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ninklighting.store, including product photos, descriptions, logos, and design, is the property of Nink Lighting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nink Lighting is not liable for:

  • Loss of data or business interruption

  • Damage caused by improper installation or use

  • Damage caused during shipping (see Section 5)

Our total liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
